Greetings to our friends in Sheffield

Every week of the season fevnut writes a blog that includes his ‘musings’ column.

Although it is primarily about Fev (obviously) fans of our opposition teams have enjoyed taking a look.

This week we take a look at Fev’s recent record in games against Sheffield and also delve into the huge difference between the clubs as far as consistency of coaching goes.

We also write about the experience of watching the three games from Wembley last Saturday and reveal the situation Fev are in with regard to the League Leader’s Shield.

We thought about whether to comment on the departure of Sean Long and his replacement with James Ford. We decided, in the main, to hold fire on that one until we have seen at least a couple of matches with James in charge, but nevertheless we do put forward one area in which we hope he changes our style in order to make the best use of our players.

Access the article by using the link below and then by using the links on the left-hand side of the page (by clicking on ‘Archive’) you can find all sorts of information pertinent to the match coming up on Sunday, including pages about the current Barrow squad and players who have played for both clubs and another about the history of matches between Barrow and Fev.

Hoping to see some of you on Friday.
