Harry, the problem with the Doc at Salford wasn't the cap it was because he wanted to be in charge of it all. He signed a number of "big names" most of them had troubles such as Hock and Chase. He give no thought of of building a team just wanted players. He took on an ex council employee who has, since, seen the failure of a number of clubs, he appointed Noble and Harris as coaches and the on field product was awful. Blease came in and his impact can not be understated, Take Hastings as an example, here was a talented player with some issues and missed his family, Blease had him to tea every week with his family. Hastings felt so strongly about the club that after his move he had a mascot walk out with him wearing Salford colours Has Myler got that touch? Has he got the management skills/ time will tell but a bloke just throwing money at the club won't solve Hull's issues. personally Houghton would have been a better choice.

Cullen had that very odd delivery, over enunciated his words and using 5 when 1 would do. Didn't enjoy it.

It's almost expected that a club in crisis will try to raid poor little Salford. If he goes no doubt he will raid the players as well. There is a limit to my patience.

We have a nestcam and it's been so interesting watching the bird build a nest. It seemed to spend a lot of time bringing in stuff only to remove it all later. She is now laying eggs at the rate of 1 per morning, it seems they don't incubate until the last egg is about to be laid. 2 eggs so far.

Guess it depends on the player. Scott Taylor always looked like he was carrying extra timber. I loved his application and attitude at Salford on loan. He never let anyone down. What was that half back called at Widnes built like a little barrel, Widnes fans had mixed feelings about him.

How hard can it be to communicate though? A simple list of incidents considered with a standard explanation of why no charge such as "no contact to head" or "sin bin sufficient" Then a charge is "Grade A" and a quick explanation of why with the usual phrase.

At the Salford v Leigh game a trainer ran on to help Nene McDonald break his fast. I saw the same in a football game. Do we have many Muslim players?

Being a Salford fan I've seen too many awful games. The Noble or McRae eras stick in the mind. I was debating today which was worse. I say McRae Husband says Noble.

Seeing him play here I'd say he wouldn't want to play reserve grade. I am sure clubs will line up to sign him. He was a model pro in the UK, question is why can't aussies get the same from him. Is he just an easy scapegoat

I'd invest in a decent marketing/media budget. That would benefit all clubs. Our media and marketing is awful regular shooting yourselves in the foot. I'd also like to throw money at Salford

Garcia seemed to have grey under socks with the Cats team socks over the top.
