Jayme2020
With Ottawa expected to be made official Monday will this be it for teams in Ontario or could we see more?
ojx
Hamilton would be the only other possibility.
RobertAM
Montreal could be a possibility if Ottawa gets fans in from there...bet Perez will be watching the demographic makeup of the crowd. heard somewhere that Philadelphia could be a possibility if NY goes well. We need a couple more Canadian cities to get a good tv deal. Montreal and then Halifax or Hamilton.

It's like they moved a city from the M62 to the I90.
RayCee
RL was played in Halifax late 50s early 60s I believe. manu266
Not sure it should be posted here but here is a nice account of provincial and national RL in canada. https://www.loverugbyleague.com/post/canada-rl-president-welcomes-ottawa-aces/ I think more than a third canadian or Ontario pro team we need to develop these tier 4-7 leagues to improve local level. A tier4 league covering USA and Canada and maybe Jamaica could get semi pro status and auto finance the travel costs and the salary of good UK or oz coach. Jayme2020
A league with 6-8 teams would be a good start.
