I would seriously consider not turning up if Aydin is in the team again. Not interested and a liability. We'd be better off naming 16 players. He did his best to lose us the Batley game as well. The whole DR thing is a joke. There must be players out there we can give trials to who are better than the dross we are getting from HKR. That aside and forgetting the injuries and suspensions there was something very wrong today with the desire and attitude. The ptb's were painfully slow for us but to be fair we never gave the incompetent-as-ever Mikalauskas any reason to penalise Bradford as we didn't look like we could be bothered to get up and play it. Even some of our 'better' players i.e. Aekins / Addy looked uninterested today. Connor Jones was excellent as usual but not a lot else to take from today. The promising start to the season well and truly ended today for me and any hopes for the season have plummeted.

Yep. I said as much on here a few weeks ago. Too many meaningless games. How do the clowns at the RFL and IMG seriously believe that the new system will develop the game / create better competition / stop fans walking away / bring in new supporters. Just seen the Toulouse result. I wonder if that would have happened without IMG. It beggars belief the more you think about it.

Note the question mark against Elsie. We don't seem to hear much about his injury do we. He only did a few minutes for us at Keighley, then went off with no apparent injury ?? and not been seen since (SIX weeks ago). I'm probably barking up the wrong tree but I was wondering if there's something else we don't know about there as well.

In terms of comebacks the '88 second division premiership final is up there - problem is we ended up losing. Can't remember exactly how the scoring went but we must have been 3+ scores behind. Then Steady scored twice, followed by Andy Bannister and Sykes to put us in front. I think Paul Lyman then (unusually for him) couldn't get over the line when it looked easier to score and Oldham won it at the death with a breakaway try under the sticks (Des Foy?). Quinny kicked superbly that day as usual. It was very warm and I seem to remember he said he'd lost a stone in weight during the game. (Rehydrating back then of course was for wusses only)

I don't know if there are records on this but I wondered if we have ever come back from 18pts down to win a game away from home before ?. MLP - do you know ? Off the top of my head the biggest comeback I remember was the 2015 home game against Batley (Yes I am talking about all teams now not just Batley lol) Can anyone remember ? I'm sure I'm forgetting some....

Just heard Ryan Verlinden is demanding £10

You beat me to that comment lol...

To be fair imo Gorman is nowhere near SL standard - even though he looks a decent prospect so I can't see him getting in the first team unless HKR have an injury crisis. I might be wrong but I think he might be available to us most weeks from now. The problem is - would we play him at FB and if not - where ?

Great try from Manoa wasn't it. Ironic that comparisons were made by Kev Brown on commentary with Ellery's try in the '83 semi final. He was certainly close to the touchline and I can see why Leigh fans were booing but it looks ok on replay. Was his right foot in, right foot out, in, out, whoa Wacokecoke....sorry..

Very sporting Sir. Can you tell Lam that ! The best he could muster at the end of the game was "Our mistakes kept Fev in the game" For me Leigh deserved it for being more clinical when the chances came but with a bit of luck and those 'forward pass' decisions going our way it could have been very close.

What - are we talking about non SL clubs ? if that's the case we're all ****ed

It sounds like you think we are all in on this and we should be actively doing something to sort it. Believe it or not this is news to us. Its not good and needs sorting - we have to assume that MC has it in hand from his statement - but as has been suggested it does seem odd that some former players have suddenly crawled out of the woodwork regarding payments due 2 years ago. Plus of course as the RFL saying goes....... never let the truth get in the way of a good story about Fev.
