I don’t disagree but I think the playing with reduced numbers will impact them first. -
Are the FFRXIII still asking for the teams joining Elite 1 to pay a fee?

I’m not sure mate. I’ve not seen any mention of specific ages just the vague youth. From the pictures I reckon about 16/17.
